Non-US Users: Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the LCIARules, seated in London, England. US Users: Disputes shall be resolved under JAMS Rules.Class actions are waived. Arbitration is the sole dispute mechanism except for small claimsand intellectual property enforcement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England andWales. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be heard exclusively in the courts ofEngland and Wales.13.
