1.1 The Master Manual: A digital educational framework comprising a "Parental Sovereignty Audit" diagnostic intake, a digital results summary, and a technical manual designed to assist parents in optimizing their child’s cognitive and learning environment.
1.2 Delivery Protocol: The Product is delivered via immediate access to core materials followed by periodic "drip-fed" updates over 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the tier purchased ($29, $49, or $99).
1.3 Professional Disclaimer: Nexodyne provides educational frameworks and high-fidelity engineering principles for cognitive environments.
We are not medical, psychological, or legal service providers. The Master Manual does not constitute therapy or clinical diagnosis. You are the "Lead Architect" of your family environment; individual results depend on your implementation.
2.1 One-Time Payment: All tiers are one-time purchases. This is not a recurring subscription.
2.2 Transparency: The total price displayed at checkout includes all mandatory fees and applicable VAT.
2.3 Contract Timing: A legally binding contract is formed only when we receive payment and issue your digital access credentials. We reserve the right to reject orders suspected of fraudulent activity or intellectual property abuse.
3.1 Full Refund Policy: We offer a voluntary 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide the Nexodyne framework is not the right fit for your family within 14 days of purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
3.2 Statutory Rights: This guarantee satisfies and exceeds your statutory "cooling-off" rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3.3 Finality of Sale: After the 14-day window, all sales are final. No pro-rata refunds are offered for "unused" portions of the drip-fed service period.
3.4 Faulty Content: If digital content is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If we cannot fix the fault, a full or partial refund will be issued as required by law.
4.1 Ownership: All "Mental OS" frameworks, audit logic, and manual content are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexodyne Limited.
4.2 Personal License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private household use only.
4.3 Enforcement & Watermarking: We use digital watermarking and session monitoring.
Sharing credentials, redistributing content, or "reconstructing" the manual from partial deliveries is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to terminate access immediately without a refund if IP theft is detected.
5.1 Adult Audience: Our products are designed exclusively for parents and educators (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
5.2 Privacy-First Audits: During the diagnostic intake, do not provide your child’s legal name or date of birth. Use pseudonyms (e.g., "Child A") to protect your family’s privacy and ensure data minimization under GDPR.
6.1 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Nexodyne’s total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for the Product.
6.2 No Consequential Loss: We are not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of academic progress, emotional distress, or costs incurred through third-party services.
7.1 Pre-Dispute Mediation: You agree to contact info@nexodyne.org and allow 14 calendar days for a resolution before initiating a bank chargeback.
7.2 Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback for a transaction where the 14-day window has passed, we will provide access logs and watermarking data to the payment provider to contest the dispute.
