Last Updated: February 2026

1) Company details

Nexodyne Limited
Company Number: 16539459
Registered Office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
Support email: info@nexodyne.org

2) What you are buying (one-time payment, not a subscription)

2.1 One-time payment. Our Products are sold as one-time payments for fixed deliverables and/or a fixed delivery period (for example, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months of content drops).

2.2 Not a subscription. Unless a page explicitly states otherwise, Products do not auto-renew and do not create recurring billing.

2.3 Digital format. Products may include:

  • A results page and/or report,
  • Digital manuals, worksheets, templates, printables, and script libraries,
  • Scheduled (“drip”) delivery of guidance materials over a stated period,
  • Access links or a member area (if applicable).

3) Delivery

3.1 Delivery methods. Delivery may occur by:

  • On-screen access (results page),
  • Download link(s),
  • Email delivery,
  • Access portal/member area.

3.2 Delivery timing. Some materials may be delivered immediately after payment; others may be delivered over time according to the plan you purchased.

3.3 Your responsibility. You are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct email address,
  • Checking spam/junk folders,
  • Ensuring your device/network can access downloads or links.

If you have delivery issues, contact info@nexodyne.org and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

4) Refunds and cancellations

4.1 14-day refund window (good-faith guarantee)

If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance (online), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@nexodyne.org with:

  • The email used at checkout,
  • Order/transaction reference (if available),
  • A clear statement that you want a refund.

We aim to process eligible refunds to the original payment method.

4.2 Deductions for delivered value (Initial Delivery Pack)

Where you received immediate digital materials and/or an initial delivery bundle (“Initial Delivery Pack”), any refund within the 14-day window may be reduced by the fair value of what has already been delivered, provided that:

  • This deduction is clearly disclosed to you before purchase (on the checkout page or pricing section), and
  • The deduction reflects the portion already supplied (for example, an explicitly stated Initial Delivery Pack fee and/or any additional materials already delivered).

In practice, this means: if you request a refund within 14 days after receiving the Initial Delivery Pack, we may refund the purchase price minus the disclosed Initial Delivery Pack amount (and/or a reasonable pro-rata value of additional deliveries already provided, if applicable).

4.3 Finality of Sale (post-14 days)

4.3 Finality of Sale: After the 14-day window, we do not offer pro-rata refunds or partial credits for unused portions of a fixed-term service, except where required by applicable law (including remedies for faulty digital content or services).

4.4 Faulty or misdescribed digital content (statutory rights)

Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer standards, you may have remedies under applicable law, which can apply even after 14 days. Where a statutory remedy applies, we will act in line with legal requirements.

4.5 How long refunds take

Where a refund is due, we process it as quickly as reasonably possible and in line with applicable requirements. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

5) Plan changes and updates

5.1 Content evolution. We may update, improve, replace, or reorganize materials to improve clarity, accuracy, or usefulness. You still receive the core deliverables of the plan you purchased.

5.2 No guarantee of outcomes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Products. Results depend on many factors, including your circumstances and implementation.

6) Fair use, sharing, and access enforcement

6.1 Personal use licence. Products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share access links, downloads, or materials.

6.2 Prohibited actions include:

  • Uploading our materials anywhere public or shared,
  • Sharing member access or downloads with non-purchasers,
  • Creating derivative products that compete with Nexodyne using our content.

6.3 Enforcement (Proportionate): If we reasonably suspect unauthorized sharing, we may temporarily suspend access while we investigate. If unauthorized sharing is confirmed, this is a material breach and we may terminate access. Any termination under this section does not affect your statutory rights, and we will act reasonably and proportionately.

7) Disputes and resolution first

7.1 Resolution First: If you have an issue, please contact info@nexodyne.org first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. We aim to respond and propose a resolution within 14 business days in straightforward cases.

7.2 Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback, we may pause access while the dispute is reviewed, to prevent ongoing access during an unresolved payment dispute. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8) Children and eligibility

8.1 Adults only. Products are intended for adults (parents/guardians). By purchasing, you confirm you are 18+.

8.2 Not directed to children under 13. We do not design Products for children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8.3 Do not submit identifying child information. Please do not submit a child’s full name, exact date of birth, address, school, phone number, photos, or other identifying information.
