1. Subscription Overview

Nexodyne may offer Customers access to certain digital features, services, or content(“Subscription”) in exchange for a recurring fee. All Subscriptions are strictly personal,non-transferable, and not for resale. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that: -You will be charged an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the then-current rate. - Allcharges are your sole responsibility until the Subscription is cancelled by you inaccordance with this Policy. - Nexodyne reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, orterminate any Subscription at any time, for any reason, without liability, refund, or notice,to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2. Automatic Renewal & Payment

Unless otherwise stated, Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billingperiod. You authorise Nexodyne (or its appointed third-party payment processor) to chargeyour selected payment method automatically at the then-current rate until you cancel yourSubscription. Prices may change at any time. Continued use of the Subscription after aprice change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. All charges are final,non-refundable, and non-reversible except where required by law.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your Subscription stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for thecurrent billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end ofyour current paid period. Deleting your account, app, or profile does not cancel yourSubscription. You remain responsible for ensuring that the cancellation process iscompleted. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your Subscription correctly and on time,using the method corresponding to your purchase channel: - Apple App Store:Manage/cancel via your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.Support info available on Apple’s website. - Google Play Store: Manage/cancel via yourGoogle Play account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Support info available onGoogle’s website. - Nexodyne Website: Cancel via your account dashboard or bycontacting our support team at support@nexodyne.com at least 24 hours before therenewal date.

4. Free Trials

If offered, free trials convert automatically into paid Subscriptions unless cancelled at least24 hours before the trial ends. Trial periods are offered once per customer unlessotherwise stated. Nexodyne reserves the right to withdraw or modify trial offers at anytime.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Nexodyne services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any warranties of anykind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law: - Nexodyne shall not beliable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitivedamages, even if advised of the possibility. - Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with theSubscription is to stop using it and cancel in accordance with this Policy. Nothing in thisPolicy shall exclude or limit any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicablelaw (e.g., UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, applicable EU consumer protection laws).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy and any disputes arising under it shall be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales for anydispute related to your Subscription or use of Nexodyne services.
